Here is how enrollment works: 

Thank you for your interest in ACA of Charlotte! We are so happy to have you be apart of the ACA Family. 

The enrollment process is as follows:

  1. Fill out the enrollment forms included on this page. Return forms to the ACA office at acaoffice@adventistchristianacademy.org or drop off at the office.

  2. Provide the school with a copy of:

    • A copy of the student’s most recent report card

    • A recommendation form, from either the most recent teacher or principal

    • A copy of the student’s Birth Certificate

    • A copy of the student’s most recent Certificate of Immunizations

    • A copy of the Entry Medical Examination Form

  3. Review over the School's Handbook , and sign the form and return.

When all the forms have been submitted, a meeting with the parents, student(s) and Principal will be scheduled.
